Parteners in dope Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y were actually schedule to release their Live In Concert project last year August. Due to some sample clearance issues it was delayed.
Wiz's label mate Mac Miller was sued by Lord Finesse over sample clearance issues so they probably wanted to be sure it wouldn't happen to them. Anyway the project is now ready and will be released on 4/20.
The rappers got on Google+'s live stream to announce the release and talk about the music.
